Bybit Shifts Its Headquarters To Dubai

Bybit, a digital currency exchange, is geared up to set up its headquarters in Dubai due to its crypto-friendly policies. Ben Zhou, CEO of Bybit said that this decision is a new milestone in their journey.

The new headquarter will be set up in the World Trade Centre in Dubai. This decision was announced on Monday.

Decision to shift headquarters dates back to March 2022

This decision was taken in March 2022 when the regulator of Dubai granted Bybit an in-principle approval to carry out digital transactions. The exchange has been consulting Dubai’s regulators over the past 12 months to make sure that they comply with the regulations.

Bybit is also involved in hiring talented people in the field of digital assets. Moreover, Bybit is also involved in grooming local talents through educational and awareness programmes. Zhou also stated that they are motivated to bring cutting-edge revolutions with the support of the people globally.

The company has disclosed that after receiving approval from the regulators in Dubai, they have generated a whooping trading volume of $33.5 B which accounts for the second-highest number in terms of volume in the MENA region.

The new headquarters is not an ordinary workplace. Zhou said that it has been built keeping in mind flexibility, empowerment and creativity of the employees. Moreover, the new headquarters will also serve as a hosting place for VIPs which will play an important role in strengthening the connection and network.
