ALPHV/BlackCat and Lockbit are Leading Ransomware Groups 

There are two major ransomware groups BlackCat/ALPHV and Lockbit which came in limelight for their significant earning from these thefts related to crypto currency. Together, these two groups have generated over $320 million. Lockbit, which has been sanctioned earlier, has targeted prominent companies like Boeing and Royal Mail in the UK. Whereas BlackCat attacked notable entities like MGM resorts and Henry Schein which is a major dental and medical supply company.
