We believe that the world is evolving in the direction of corporate to freelance and working in one country to working across global timezones – but the infrastructure to support humans has not been upgraded to support this future of work. That’s why at Joba Network we’re focusing on building a verified work and verified identity for everyone on the internet to lay the foundational infrastructure for human kind.

Well certainly the onchain identity piece, being the owner of your identity that is unified.

It builds trust because the SBT is immutable and non-transferable record of the user’s Role, Skills, and Languages that are verified.

We believe that by having these credentials makes it easier to get a job rather than fighting bots and agencies who exist on marketplaces. In terms of the financial inclusion, we hope to use the full identity of the users to offer credit and loans that might be for the privileged fews in a country and open it up to everyone.

We simply help people connect to jobs to get paid, invoice on their own, and send/recieve payments directly from their wallet.
