Binance offers the First-Ever Crypto-Powered Trips to Celebrate “Cryptotourism”

The largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world, Binance, today launched the first-ever crypto-sponsored vacation, also known as “crypto tourism,” to demonstrate how easy, safe, and effective travel can be in the future.

For those who wish to join the global crypto-only scavenger hunt, Binance has partnered with prominent travel influencers Lauren Bullen and Jack Morris, giving away $50,000 in BNB. It is a demonstration of what can be accomplished when one gives up traditional currencies and exclusively uses cryptocurrency for travel.

The use of cryptocurrencies makes traveling the world simpler and safer for everyone, says James Rothwell, Binance Global’s vice president of marketing. Additionally, no fees are charged, transactions are completely transparent, and there are no currency rate issues, according to him.

When will this begin?

From World Tourism Day (September 27), Lauren and Jack will begin using cryptocurrency to book all travel, goods, and services. With Binance Pay, they will be able to make crypto payments contactless, borderless, and secure.

Binance Gift Cards worth $25,000 in BNB will be buried in each of two lucky followers’ hidden locations to support their crypto tourism ambitions. Each winner will receive $25,000 in BNB after finding the secret rewards.

The fact that I don’t have to worry about exchange rates or to carry actual currency is a weight lifted from my shoulders,” Jack commented. Despite popular belief, global travel does not have to be prohibitively expensive or complicated. We also want to show everyone how much easier crypto travel can be.”

Due to the pandemic, market instability and geopolitical strife have hit tourism particularly hard. Travel hasn’t seemed simple despite travel restrictions, flight disruptions, and large crowds. Through the initiative, travelers will be able to travel the world using cryptocurrency as a more practical and affordable way to do so.
